Searching for Text in Viewed Files
1.  Open the document or spreadsheet containing the text to be found.
 
2.  Tap Find in the Edit menu.
 
3.  When the Find dialog box appears, enter the text to be found.
 
4.  Tap the Find button. The found text is displayed in reverse video.
Note:
To search for other occurrences of the text, select Find Previous or Find Next in
the Edit menu.
Customizing PC File Viewer
Tap Options in the View to display the PC File Viewer Options dialog box. By
checking the appropriate checkboxes and selecting appropriate values in the
various list boxes, you can:
  Set the default font that is used for displaying the contents of viewed files in text
data.
  Determine how PC File Viewer behaves upon viewing a file of unknown type.
  Show or hide gridlines in viewed spreadsheets.
  Show or hide gridlines in viewed databases.
  Select the data format used for copying data into the clipboard.
  Select the default font to be assigned to data copied into the clipboard.
  Choose whether to include or exclude field names when copying data from a
database.
