STX Delimiter
The PPP is an extension of the protocol used for configuring Intermec data capture 
products (based on Code 128 Set B and uses the StartB character) bar codes 
(Table 4-4).

A value of <TYPE> less than 0x65 corresponds to a setup command (Table 4-5).
