The desired message length and Save must be input after reading this programming bar
code. Refer to the “General Programming Chart” in Appendix B.

This selection allows you to specify whether the check digit should be transmitted at the
end of the scanned data or not.

In the Other Linears tab of Visual Menu, choose Check Character Transmit under MSI.

Click the Write Settings to Device button (

) to send the new setting to the imager.

(*).
