Parts of the printer are hot. To avoid personal injury or damage to the printer, allow 

the ink to solidify. Run the 

 procedure on the control panel to 

cool the printer quickly.

page A-1 in this user guide.

To move the printer within the office:

Close the printer’s door and covers.

Turn off the printer using the power switch located under the interface cover on the right 
side of the printer.
