If you have the TekColor PS Previewer still installed, refer to the 
topic ÒRemoving the TekColor PS Previewer softwareÓ in this 
chapter, to delete the Þles.
4.
When you are Þnished removing the old driver Þles, restart 
Windows.
5.
Go on to the topic ÒInstalling the Tektronix driverÓ in this chapter,  
to install all of your Tektronix printers with the latest driver 
software.
Removing the TekColor PS Previewer software
The TekColor PS Previewer application is no longer supported.  If you have 
this software automatically loading whenever you start Windows, you need 
to edit your WIN.INI Þle and delete the TekColor PS icon to clear the 
software off your system.  You may get system errors if you have not deleted 
everything listed below.  
1.
Open the WIN.INI Þle in a text editor, such as Notepad, and delete 
just the entry c:\tekcolor\tekps.exe from the load= line under the 
[windows] 
topic; do not delete anything else on the load= line:
[windows]
load=c:\tekcolor\tekps.exe, c:\afterdrk\ad.exe
2.
Open the Accessories group and look for any TekColor PS icons.  
Select each one and press the Delete key.
3.
When you are Þnished removing the old driver Þles, restart 
Windows.
4.
Go on to the topic ÒInstalling the Tektronix driverÓ in this chapter,  
to install all of your Tektronix printers with the latest 
driver software.
