For more information about viewing and monitoring your jobs from a client 
workstation, see Working Remotely on page 24.
To enable the Web Viewer:
1.
In the Settings window, select 
Remote Tools Setup.
2.
In the 
Web connect setup area, select the Enable WebViewer check box to 
connect to the Spire CX260 using the Spire Web Center.
Remote Workspace Setup
The 
Remote Workspace setup enables you to use the EZ Connect and Remote 
Workspace tools on client workstations. These tools enable you to view the status 
of the Xerox DocuColor 242/252/260 printer/copier and access the Spire CX260 
workspace.

For more information about the Remote Workspace tool, see Remote Workspace on 
page 29.
To enable the remote connection:
1.
In the Settings window, select 
Remote Tools Setup.
2.
In the 
Remote Workspace Setup area, select the Enable remote connection 
check box.
The Connection status shows how many clients are currently connected to the 
Spire CX260.
3.
Select the number of hours in the 
Logoff Automatically after list to 
automatically log off client workstations after the desired number of hours.
4. Click the 
Remote Connections Viewer to view which clients are currently 
connected to the Spire CX260.
