Select the desired job, and click 

Save as.

The Save dialog box opens.

4. Select a destination and click 

Save.

You can now open the scanned job on your client workstation, and work with 
your scanned data.

Open the remote scan application and ensure it is connected.

2.

In the 

ScanBox list, select the scan box where the scanned job is saved.

3.

Select the desired job, and click 

Delete.

The scanned job is deleted.

Preparing PostScript Files Offline for the Spire CX260

Perform this procedure if your client workstation is not on the same network as the 
Xerox DocuColor 242/252/260 printer/copier, and you or your customer want to 
create PostScript files using the Adobe PostScript Driver with the Spire CX260 PPD 
file.

1.

Insert CD #3 into the CD-ROM drive and locate and select the 

Utilities folder.

2.

In the 

PC Utilities folder, select and copy the AdobePS Driver.exe file to the 

desktop.

Note:  If you have server access, on the Spire CX260, locate the printer driver 
folder under 

D:Utilities\PC Utilities.
