Ensure the printer is turned on and connected to your network.

Insert the Software and Documentation CD-ROM into your
computer’s CD-ROM drive. The installer starts automatically.

Click the Language button and select your language from the list.

Click Install Printer Driver.

Select I Agree if you accept the Xerox License Agreement.

Select your Phaser 6180MFP Multifunction Printer from the list
of available printers, and then click the Install button.

If your printer was not in the list, type the printer’s IP address

Print a test page to verify the installation was successful.
Installing PrintingScout Software
1.
Click Install Utilities.
2.
Click Install PrintingScout, and then click Next.
3.
Select your language, and then click Next.
4.
When asked to continue, click Next.
5.
Select I Accept if you accept the Xerox License Agreement, and
then click Next.

Verify the folder installation path, and then click Next.

When the installer finishes, click Finish.
