In addition to the eight character sets, you can select with DIP
switches, you can select the five international character sets shown
below using the ESC R software command. See the Command
Summary in Chapter 9 for more information.

Two character sets are available in IBM emulation mode (which is
selected when DIP switch l-4 is on). The Appendix shows these
character sets. To select the character set with international
characters (character set 2), turn off DIP switch
