In Windows Vista

In Windows 2000

Click Settings Œ Printers.

Right-click the printer named Lexmark XXXX Series (Network), where XXXX is the model number of your
printer.

Select Use Printer Online from the menu.

Close the Printers or Printers and Faxes window and try printing again.
