5.3 Cover picking and separators
5.3.1 Suction and Blowing suction level:
Suction and Blowing can be adjusted together in the UI using the icon
in the "JOB"
With the “AUTO” mode, the suction and blowing level is automatically adjusted according to the cover.
It is also possible to adjust manually the suction and blowing level.
See the tab below to set manually the suction and blowing level according to the cover paper
weight and cover paper width.
Note: The button
adjust the suction and blower level simultaneously. However, it is
also possible to reduce the blower level according to the suction level by moving the
part (
part (
1
). Moving the part (
1
) will create an air leakage which will reduce the cover
feeder blower level.
By default, hole is blocked by the part (
1
).
The blower level can be reduced with light cover paper and very wide (more than
275
mm).
In this case : - Many vacuum is needed (because of the cover width).
- The blowing level must be reduced to avoid rising of the cover paper pile too
much because of the blower effect.
