The Accounting Management Plug-in provides an
effi cient cost-recovery solution to any organization look-
ing to charge its clients for copies, prints, faxes, and scans.
For all your imageRUNNER or imageRUNNER ADVANCE
systems enabled with MEAP technology, a simple-to-use
MEAP application is included. When using this program,
user authentication and billing codes are input from the
device’s touch-panel, providing simple organization to
all jobs performed by the Canon imageRUNNER or
imageRUNNER ADVANCE system. For optimal effi ciency,
users can also enter billing data from their workstations.

The billing code can be recorded in three ways using either:
Accounting Management Driver Add-in: When
printing from a PC to a Canon printer.
Billing Code Plug-in: When a walk-up user prints

Accounting Management Client PC: When printing to
