Record Deletion events are used to determine which records to print or not to print in
a job.

Add

In the View/Change Event List (Input Record Events) dialogue, selecting Record
Deletion from the drop-down menu, then the Add button will display the Record
Delete Event dialogue.

Select this button to display the View/Change Test dialogue for
setting up the test conditions for the Record Delete event to take
place.

As tests apply to all event types, Using Tests is described in detail
on page 187.

Select AND or OR from the drop-down menu to activate the 2

nd

Test button.

A second test can be set up for an event. Select the 2

nd

 Test button

to display the View/Change Test dialogue as above.
