Zoom

Choosing the Zoom option displays the sub-menu illustrated below. The options
listed offer different views of the document currently displayed on-screen.

The amount of the page displayed on-screen at any given time is a result of both the
zoom level and the screen resolution of the monitor. The higher the resolution, the
more that will be displayed on-screen in Standard View.

The recommended resolution is 1024 x 768.

Displays the full document
scaled to fit the screen

   

Zoom Out 50%

 

 Alt+2

Reduces the view of the
document by 50%

   

Standard View

   

Alt+3

Displays the document in
normal view

   

Zoom In 50%

   

Alt+4

Enlarges the view of the
document by 50%

   

Zoom In 100%

   

Alt+5

Enlarges the view of the
document by 100%
