Preview Option
Choosing the Preview option allows you to preview the currently displayed
document to see how it will look when printed. The

In the Designer, system colors are used to identify the different elements created in
each editor (as in an environment you can display an attached form and vice-versa).

Elements displayed in BLACK are those created in the

editor and can be viewed but not edited. If an element is highlighted (targeted) for

GREEN.

These system colors, including the RED text block numbers, are turned off when
Preview mode is activated. This allows the colors that have been added to dynamic
or static form elements to be displayed as they will print on a color printer.

The Designer offers you the facility to quickly ‘switch editors’ to edit the elements
in each editor (refer to Chapter 4).
