How to use the Synergix Scan System
This section is designed to provide a general description of how to use the scanner.
Each function is not described in detail here, but is described later in this chapter
along with common trouble shooting information.

Scanning a drawing into the Job Editor
1.
Load the document to scan centered and face down.
2.
Open the Job Editor if it is not already open.
3.
Open the Synergix Scan System dialog box. There are two possible ways to
do this:

Job Editor tool bar.

Select a scanning configuration from the Configuration drop down list

Select Size options. The Auto Width option usually correctly detects the
document width. If not, rescan the document as before or specify the
document size.
