Standard bit-mapped fonts are LinePrinter in
16.66cpi/8pt and Courier.

If you select Courier as your default font,
you can change the pitch (characters per
inch, cpi) and point size (measure of the
vertical height of a character) and stroke
weight from medium (no letter designation)
to bold (Bld) or italic (Itl).

Pitch and point sizes available with the
Courier font are:
