Password Protecting Print Jobs
If the site requires extra security for printing, XPopup can be implemented to require
users to enter their network logon user ID’s and passwords in order to authenticate
print jobs When the user prints, a window pops up requesting a username and
password. If the ID and password are verified, the job is released for printing, and
logged to the specified user. Use the following procedure to enable this feature:

Launch XControl from the Start/Programs/XCounter for NetWare menu.

From the graphic interface select Context/Server on which XCounter is
