To disable the feature and keep users and groups from being removed from the Available Users list, 
select Hide selected users from the Available Users list from the User menu.
Tip:
Having this option selected helps avoid the potential of selecting duplicate users. 
User Defaults
This option allows you to define the user properties used for all users added to the Selected Users list. 
To change the default user properties, select User Defaults from the User menu.
