Document Usage report

The Document Usage report displays the number of times each
document has been viewed, downloaded, or printed to a
production printer. The report also includes the location of the
document, what collection the document resides in, users who
accessed the document, dates the document was accessed, and
the IP address of the server.

NOTE: You must have WVS Site Administrator access rights to
generate and view the Document Usage report.

To generate and view a Document Usage report:
1. Log in to the WVS as the Server Administrator.
2. Select [Administration] from the Navigation Bar. The
Administration Menu appears in the left frame.
3. Select [Document Usage] from the Reports options on the
Administration Menu in the left frame. The Document Usage
Report filter page opens.

4. Specify Sort and Filter information.
NOTE: Leaving the filter date fields bank results in the
display of all documents in the collection. Selecting [Clear
Form] clears all filter information from the page.
