Use the user administration function in WVS to define user and
group accounts that can access the documents on your WVS
server. Using the user administration functions, add, modify, or
delete users and groups, and assign user and group access to
collections.

For WVS purposes, a user group is simply a group of users that
share the same user name and password. These users actually
share an account, and all users can be logged in to WVS at the

When creating user accounts, the password and credit card
information is not encrypted in transit if you do not have a
security certificate installed on your WVS server.
