Stapler
Finisher

The In-line Stapler Finisher unit is configured of 10
mailbox/sorter bins, a Center Output Tray and a Finisher
Output Tray.

Installed as a mailbox, print jobs can be output into the
mailbox bins, the Center Output Tray, or the Finisher
Output Tray.

The Finisher Output Tray will offset print jobs.

Mailbox /
Sorter

The mailbox/sorter unit is configured of 10
mailbox/sorter bins and the Offset Catch Tray.  The bins
have a capacity of 100 sheets each, and handles paper
sizes from 8.5” x 11“/A4 to 11” x 17”/A3.  The
mailbox/sorter is installed to operate as a “mailbox”
only.

As a mailbox, print jobs can be output into either the
bins or in the catch tray.

The catch tray will offset print jobs.

Capacity
Feeder

This optional paper source becomes “Tray 6” and adds
2000 sheet additional paper capacity on the DocuColor
12.  The High Capacity Feeder handles letter size paper
within 16-28 lb. (64-105 gsm) weight range.

Offset Catch
Tray

This standard feature enables output paper capacity of
500 sheets and will offset sets in the output tray.  Note
that this is part of the base configuration and not
requested as a separate item to support the
mailbox/sorter accessory.

Convenience
Stapler

The convenience stapler is an offline electric stapler
integrated into the right work surface, capable of
stapling up to 50 sheets of 24 lbs. Color Xpressions
paper.

 

The DocuColor 12 is shipped with a complete set of hardcopy user
manuals for the use of the product.
