To restore the Default Template to its original settings click on the [Apply Factory Default Settings]

Display Settings
This feature allows you to set a user’s template to be displayed on the top position in the list of
templates. Allows you to hide or show the default template in the template list and also allows you to

At your Workstation:
1.
Open the web browser and enter the IP address of the device in the Address bar, and press
[Enter].

Click the [Properties] tab.

If prompted, enter the Administrator User ID and Password. The default is [admin] and [1111].

Click on the [Login] button.

Click on the [Services] link.

Click on the [Workflow Scanning] link.

Select [Display Settings] in the directory tree.

In the Template Order area:

In the Templates list, select the template you want on the top position.

Click on the [Update] button.
Your selected template will be in the top position and the remainder of the templates will display
alphabetically.

In the Default Template Display area, select one of the following:

Show Default Template in the Templates list.

Hide Default Template in the Templates list.
Note:
If Hide Default Template is selected and no other Templates exist, the Default Template will
automatically be shown until at least one template is added.
10. In the Template Selection area, select one of the following:
•
Automatically select the top position template - with this option, the top positioned
template will be highlighted automatically.
