Using PhaserSMART Technical Support 

PhaserSMART is an automated, Internet-based system that uses your Web browser to send diagnostic 

information from your printer to the Xerox

®

 website. PhaserSMART examines the information, diagnoses 

the problem, and proposes a solution. 

To access PhaserSMART: 
1.

  At your computer, open a Web browser, in the address field, type the IP address of the printer, then 

press 

Enter or Return. 

2.

  Select Support. 

3.

  Click PhaserSMART Diagnostic Tool. 

4.

  To accept the terms and access PhaserSMART, click I Accept.
