Before you begin the Cisco ESA deployment, you need to configure the
DNS.

Configure DNS entries
Prepare for the following configuration procedures by creating the DNS
records that are required for email communication. The DNS address (A)
record provides a Fully Qualified Domain Name (FQDN) to IP addressing
mapping and the DNS pointer record (PTR) provides an IP to FQDN map-
ping, also known as a reverse lookup.
