Updating the System to Use the New Template for All Users
Before You Begin

Sign in to the IBM Lotus Domino Server.
•
Open the IBM Lotus Domino console.
Procedure
Step 1
Enter load design.
Step 2
Press Enter.
The IBM Lotus Domino Server immediately starts using the new template for all users in the system.
Tip
Depending on the number of users, this process might take several minutes.

About Using Multiple Notification Programs
If your organization has both Microsoft Outlook and IBM Lotus Notes, you can install Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified
MeetingPlace and IBM Lotus Notes for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace on separate servers to support each set of users. Both
integrations can point to the same Cisco Unified MeetingPlace system, but must point to different mailboxes.
