What to Do Next
If your Cisco Unified MeetingPlace deployment includes two web servers or allows users to access external Cisco Unified
MeetingPlace web meetings from their Lotus Notes client, install the Notes Gateway on the external server or manually copy
all 33 Notes-related template files from the internal server located at C:\Program Files\Cisco Systems\MPWeb\Template to the
same location on the external server.

How to Configure the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Integration for
IBM Lotus Notes for Automatic Authentication
You can improve the speed of the meeting scheduling process by configuring your IBM Lotus Domino Server to automatically
authenticate users to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace. With automatic authentication, the IBM Lotus Domino Server can pass user
IDs to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for verification whenever a user schedules a meeting. If the user IDs on both systems match,
the system automatically signs users in to Cisco Unified MeetingPlace.
Without automatic authentication, users must enter their Cisco Unified MeetingPlace user IDs and passwords in the calendar
entry form when they schedule a Cisco Unified MeetingPlace meeting.
