If a meeting 

 records a meeting, the meeting recording is available after 

the meeting, subject to the same restrictions that applied to attending the meeting. 
Meeting recordings are available within an hour after the meeting ends and are in 
MP3 format.

Before you can listen to meeting recordings, you must install a standard desktop 
media player that can play MP3 files. Many media players are available as free 
downloads from the internet, such as Windows Media Player, Apple QuickTime, 
Apple ITunes, and Real Media Player.
