Cisco Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 2.0 Release Note

People who do not have a 

 defined in Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Express 

can use some features, but other features are restricted to users who have a profile.

Attend the meeting

View meeting details

Listen to recordings (if the meeting is set up to allow guest users to access the 
recordings)

During a meeting, you can participate but you cannot manage the web meeting 
room.

If you try to perform an action and you only see the opportunity to log in as a 
profiled user, then guest users cannot perform that action.

When you perform certain actions via the web, such as joining a meeting, the 
system offers you the option to enter your name as a

username and password so that you can use all of the features available to you.)
