Monitor the activity status by going to
Phone Books > Phone Book Sources Activity Status
in Cisco
TMS.
Associating phone book access to groups
You can make one or more phone books available to each group of users.
To associate phone book access to a group:
1. In Cisco TMS, go to
Phone Books > Manage Phone Books,
and then in the
Directory
pane, click the
required phone book.
Information about the selected provisioning phone book is displayed in the

pane.
