While a participant is remotely controlling a shared application, desktop, or Web
browser, you can take back control of the shared software at any time. You can do
either of the following:

On the menu that appears, choose Pass Keyboard and Mouse Control.
A menu appears, containing a list of all participants in the training session. A
check mark appears to the left of the participant who has remote control.

Choose the participant's name to remove the check mark and cancel the
