MeetingPlace enables your users to conduct telephone conferences that work
much more like face-to-face meetings. MeetingPlace also goes beyond the
conference itself to help make people more productive before and after the
meeting.

How Do People Attend a Meeting?
“Meet me”—MeetingPlace provides many ways for people to attend
meetings over the telephone. At a predetermined date and time (or
immediately for reservationless meetings), participants can dial into
MeetingPlace and enter a number that identifies a particular meeting
(meeting ID). Depending on the telephony connection between MeetingPlace
and your telephone network, participants may be able to dial a number that
connects them directly into their meeting.
