10.4.1 Verify Name Headers

10.5.1 Verify Outlook Gateway Notification Function
1. Schedule a meeting with both sending and receiving notification enabled.
2. Select Outlook as the preferred delivery method.
3. Verify the meeting notification is sent via e-mail.
10.5.2 Verify Outlook Gateway Scheduling Function
1. Schedule a meeting using the MeetingPlace Outlook Scheduling Form.
2. Verify a confirmation message is sent back to the meeting scheduler indicating that the meeting
scheduling operations succeeded.
10.5.3 Verify Web Functions
1. Schedule a meeting using the MeetingPlace Web Scheduling Page.
2. Verify the scheduled meeting is posted via telephony and MeetingTime client.
3. Schedule a meeting using the MeetingTime client.
4. Verify the scheduled meeting is posted in MeetingPlace Web.
