This tool calculates the cost spent on your uncaptured traffic, assuming the
uncaptured traffic went to a service bureau instead of waiting for
MeetingPlace to become available.

To make sure MeetingPlace correctly calculates the cost of your uncaptured
traffic, you need to enter the cents-per-minute rate of your service bureau.
