2.

Open the Register Book, and select the System tab.
3.

From the left side of the System tab, click Import Group Profiles.
4.

On the right side of the System tab, set the Action to Perform parameter
to Delete Groups From System.
5.

Click in the value area of the Data File to Use parameter. An input box
appears.
6.

Type in the filename of the import file or use the Browse button to locate
the file.
7.

Use the Send Log Info To parameter to set the destination for the error
information. If you are importing a large number of records, you should
save the error information to a file. Use the Log File Name parameter to
specify a name for this error file.
8.

Set the error threshold in the Error Threshold parameter. This value
specifies the number of errors that MeetingTime allows before aborting
the import process. Do not set this number too high, because large
numbers of errors may be an indication there is a problem with the
import file itself.
9.

Select OK.
10.

Click Execute to begin the import and update the existing group records.
Changing Information for a Group of Users
You can change common attributes for a group of users. For example, if the
contact person for a group of users changes, you may change the group
information rather than having to change multiple user profiles.
To change group information:
1.

From the Register Book, select the Configure tab.
2.

From the left side of the Configure tab, click User Groups.
3.

Click the Find Records button to display a list of all defined groups, and
select the desired group from the list.
4.

Select OK.
5.

Change group attributes as desired.
6.

When you have finished, click Save Changes.
