Note: Clearing an alarm does not resolve the problem from 
which it resulted. For example, if you clear an alarm on “Too 
many attempts to login to profile,” the profile for the user is 
still locked by the system. Follow the procedure described 
earlier to review and unlock user profiles. 
Saving Alarm Table Information to a File 
To save the Alarm Table information to a file: 
1.
 
In the Alarm Viewer window, click Save to File. 
2.
 
Enter a filename that identifies the alarm table. For example, 
AT608.TXT could be the file name for the Alarm Table saved on June 8.

Click OK. 
Important Alarm Codes 
The following are ranges of Alarm Codes that represent unusual conditions 
in the MeetingPlace system that should be reported to your MeetingPlace 
support representative: 
050000-05FFFF—Conference Scheduler 
This failure affects the writing or reading of a single database record. 
060000-06FFFF—Workstation Server Failure 
This failure affects one workstation’s connection to MeetingTime.
