 Specifying “gd” for any one of these fields automatically configures the other Search fields with the same value. For 
example, if you select “gd” for First Search, “gd” is applied to Second Search and Third Search.

 User’s Internet e-mail address (for example, UserName@Company.com). This address is used when users browse 
meetings in MeetingPlace Web and request to send e-mail to the scheduler. MeetingPlace also uses this address to 
send e-mail notifications to such users when the E-mail Address field in their profile is blank.
