Understanding the Report Tab
The Report tab lets you run system reports or export raw data for creating
reports. The left side of the screen lists the type of report to run. The right
side of the screen lists the report attributes, such as the output destination
(screen, file, or printer) and date range. Clicking the Generate Report button
at the bottom of the tab always submits the reporting job to the server.

To run a report in MeetingTime:

From the left side of the Report tab, choose a report to run. A topic

On the right side of the Report tab, choose the Destination type:

Screen when you want to view the data that is being retrieved

File when you want to download the data to a file for import to a
spreadsheet or database program
