This screen allows MeetingPlace users to create and delete a Team using the 
New and Delete buttons. It also allows users to add, change, or modify the 
properties of teams. MeetingPlace users can search for teams in the system 
by using the Find Teams button (magnifying glass). 
Properties of Teams 
All the properties of teams are displayed on the right side of the window. 
Team properties include the following: 
 
Name—The name of the team. This must be a unique name. This is a 
required entry. 
 
Number—A numeric identifier of teams, used to access Teams from a 
touchtone telephone. This must be a unique number. This is a required 
entry. 
 
Owner—The name of the owner or creator of the team. This is a read-
only field. 
 
Editable by Others?—Designates whether this team can be modified by 
other users. By default, Teams are created as non-editable.  
 
WARNING: All teams are public in the sense that users can see 
and use them for inviting or outdialing purposes. 
 
Members—Displays a list of all team members.  
Details Button: 
 
Description—A description of the Team. You can enter up to 127 
characters in this description field. 
 
Last Modifier—For shared teams this field specifies the user ID of the 
person who last modified the team. For non-shared teams this field will 
always display the creator who originated the team.  
 
Last Modified—For shared teams this field specifies the date and time of 
the last modification. For non-shared teams this field will always display 
the date and time the team was originally created. 
Searching for Teams 
To search for teams, click the Find Teams button (magnifying glass). 
MeetingPlace searches for teams by name or number. If the name and 
number fields are left blank, the system will display all the teams in the 
system. Selecting the Add button displays the Directory screen.
