Using the Capacity Management Tools
There are two types of capacity management tools you can use:
•
Daily Analysis—Provides information about individual meetings and
port usage on a day-by-day basis, and peak usage across several days.

Monthly Trending—Provides information about your system’s total

In the Capacity Management tab of the MeetingTime Register Book (shown
in Figure 0-6), the list of daily analysis and monthly trending tools appears
on the left, and the tool attributes appear on the right.

To use a capacity management tool:
1.
Select the tool in the Capacity Mgmt tab.
2.
Set the tool attributes (in the right-hand list).
3.
Click Execute.
A chart is generated and displays in the Capacity Management Tools
window.

You can then do the following:

Select other capacity management tools from the View menu or the

Configure the display parameters for each tool (to show different
data and elements in the chart) by choosing options in the Display
