User groups
To quickly and easily enter default profile information for multiple users at 
one time, assign users to a group. (For more information about group profiles, 
including how to create them, see

Choices/recommendations
Group Information
Name
A name you choose to identify this 
group.
A descriptive name, such as a 
department name.
No empty spaces permitted. Use an 
underscore (_) to create a space.
Number
A number you choose to identify this 
group.
Billing code
Code to identify group on billing 
reports.
Use any identifying code, such as 
department code.
Default mtg category
Meeting category assigned to 
meetings that this group schedules.
Select name “Standard.”
Group active?
Whether group is active.
Consider identifying group as active 
after they have completed training.
Group Defaults
User ID of contact
User ID of the contact or attendant 
who supports this group.
Time zone
Time zone in which this group is 
located.
Choose the appropriate time zone.
Language
Language in which prompts for this 
group play.
Choose the appropriate language.
Abbreviated prompts?
Whether users in this group hear 
abbreviated or unabbreviated prompts 
on the phone.

Scheduling home

Preferred conference server where 
this group schedules meetings.
