Scheduling parameters
Meeting scheduling parameters control the meeting schedules at your 
location. The settings determine how many of the conference ports on your 
system can be reserved for meetings at one time.

Maximum number of minutes for a 
meeting. MeetingPlace will not allow 
people to schedule a meeting for longer 
than this amount of time.

Consider the length of typical 
meetings for your company and

Max ports per meeting
How many conference ports can be 
reserved for an individual meeting. 
MeetingPlace will not allow more people 
to attend a meeting than the number of 
reserved ports.
Minimum 0. Maximum can’t 
exceed the number of conference 
ports purchased for your system.
Minimum mtg ID 
length
Minimum number of characters in a 
meeting ID.
When 4 or less, all meeting ID numbers 
generated by the system are four or more 
digits.

How far in advance people may schedule 
meetings.

Recommend 330, to 
accommodate recurring

Maximum length (in seconds) of a 
recorded agenda. Users can’t record an
