3.4.11. Default Action VDN
The Default Action VDN is used to handle calls where some error occurred
in the expected flow of SCI messages. The actions of this VDN are
determined by the customer and how they wish callers to be handled in these
cases. The customer may wish to simply tell the caller “goodbye” and hang
up, or they may wish to send the call to another vector for further processing.
