** If agent A is already logged in to CTIOS Server using either CTI OS Agent
Desktop, IPCC Supervisor Desktop, or BA Phone, and agent B is connected to
CTIOS Server using either CTI OS Agent Desktop, IPCC Supervisor Desktop, or
BA Phone, and trying to log in using agent A’s ID with invalid password, then
agent B would receive control failure but the desktop would have All 3 Login,
Logout and ready buttons enabled which agent B can use to manipulate agent A’s
desktop. If agent B pushes the Ready button, then the button enablement becomes
fine. Also, agent B’s desktop always display a CTI Warning containing the
following text “Agent with ID <ID> is already logged in to instrument
<INSTRUMENT>, even though the agent was not already logged in. This can be
solved by setting the “WarnIfAlreadyLoggedIn” registry key to 0. This key exists
under
Desktop, IPCC Supervisor Desktop, or BA Phone, and agent B is connected to
CTIOS Server using either CTI OS Agent Desktop, IPCC Supervisor Desktop, or
BA Phone, and trying to log in using agent A’s ID with invalid password, then
agent B would receive control failure but the desktop would have All 3 Login,
