Check that the WebEx site name is correct and that the http://<sitename>.webex.com is reachable on
the browser.

Problem: There is a Communication Error on the WebEx Audio Recorder
Complete these steps in order to resolve when you see a communication error on the WebEx Audio Recorder:
Go to the log file at /var/mp/web/root.out, appweb.out.

Look for this Http communication error:
java.net.SocketException: SOCKS
Can't connect to SOCKS
Proxy:socks.cisco.com
2. 
Check the proxy server hostname and port on the proxy configuration in order to make sure that they
are correct. The default port is 1080.
