Host or Presenter only 

When you are sharing a desktop, application or Web browser, you can make 
annotations on the software. 

Participants can see all your annotations. 

To start annotating shared software: 

On the Meeting Controls panel, select the Annotate button. 

  

 

 

The Annotation button has the image of 
a pencil on it. 

The Tools panel appears. 

  

 

 

Select a tool for making annotations.

Note:

You can let one or more participants annotate the shared software. For details, see Letting a 
participant annotate shared software. 

 

Once you or a participant makes annotations, you can save an image of the software, 
including the annotations. For details, see 

 (on page 277). 

To stop making annotations on shared software and return your mouse to a normal 
pointer, you must stop annotation mode. 

To stop annotation mode: 

Select the Stop Annotating button in the Tools panel.
