You can meet instantly with WebEx: 

  Start an instant meeting from Microsoft Outlook

 (on page 9) 

  Start an instant meeting from the toolbar

 (on page 10) 

 

Open Microsoft Outlook. 

Select the WebEx ball to see the WebEx menu. 

  

 

 

Select Meet Now. 

  

Note:  

 

By default, instant meetings you start with Meet Now happen in your Personal 
Room. To change your default settings, go to your WebEx site and select My WebEx 
> Preferences and specify options for the "Meet Now" Settings and Audio 
sections. 

 

Instant meetings and Personal Room meetings are WebEx-only meetings. CMR 
Hybrid meetings do not support instant meetings or Personal Room meetings. 


