 Requirements
Microsoft Exchange Server
Microsoft Exchange 2000 Server (Service Pack 2) or Microsoft Exchange Server 
2003, installed and running.
A Windows user account that has an associated Microsoft Exchange mailbox. 
This will be the Microsoft Exchange mailbox for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for 
Microsoft Outlook. Note the following considerations:
The Windows user account must have Local Administrator privileges, and the 
username and password for the account must match the username and 
password of the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook mailbox. 
(Refer to the Administration Guide for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 
for Outlook
 at 
 for instructions about configuring the default Microsoft 
Outlook mailbox.) Log in with this account to install Cisco Unified 
MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook.
The logged-in user should have access to the default Microsoft Outlook 
profile.
This Microsoft Exchange mailbox must be configured before installing Cisco 
Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook.
The Microsoft Exchange server and the Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for 
Microsoft Outlook service component must reside on separate systems.
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace 8100 
series Audio Server
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Server Release 6.x.
Audio Server must be installed and running with the Calendar and Notification 
option keys enabled. (For information on enabling the option keys, refer to the 
Administration Guide for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Outlook, Release 6.x.)
If there are multiple Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Audio Servers, each must have 
its own Cisco Unified MeetingPlace for Microsoft Outlook server.
