Meeting Templates Available
When using the Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace scheduling form to schedule a 
Cisco Unified MeetingPlace meeting, users can select a meeting template for the meeting. The template 
controls the meeting room format and participant permissions for the meeting. The online help for 
Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace includes a description of the meeting template field.
Cisco Security Agent for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace Support
The Cisco Security Agent for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace is now supported on the Microsoft Outlook

Installation and Upgrade Information
Reinstalling Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace After Migrating 
to Microsoft Outlook 2007
You cannot upgrade from a previous version of Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace to a 
newer version if you have recently migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista. The first 
time you upgrade to a newer version of Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace after you 
have migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista, you must uninstall the previous version 
and install the new version.
The Microsoft Outlook for Cisco Unified MeetingPlace executable file comes in two forms: setup.exe 
and upgrade.exe. Normally, you use the upgrade.exe file to upgrade desktops to the latest version; 
however; if you have recently migrated to Microsoft Outlook 2007 and Windows Vista, the upgrade.exe
