Cisco Collaboration Server ScriptBuilder Guide – Version 5.0 

The original name of the PowerPoint file automatically becomes the name of the 
slides in the script.  You can change the name if necessary. To help the agent 

understand the contents of the presentation, you should use a descriptive name 
and/or create good notes for each slide within the Microsoft PowerPoint program.  

The notes are uploaded with the slides and appear in the Script Viewer beneath the 
slides to which they belong.   

When you add a PowerPoint presentation, ScriptBuilder automatically runs the 
ScriptBuilder conversion applet on your local system using Microsoft PowerPoint. This 

applet converts PowerPoint files to a shareable format.   

You are presented with the following Java security certificate when you upload a 
PowerPoint presentation: 

 

You must allow the ScriptBuilder conversion applet to run for your PowerPoint 
presentation to be uploaded to your script.  While the process is running, you see the 

status of the conversion on the PowerPoint tab.  When the conversion is complete, 
you return to the normal PowerPoint tab view and the PowerPoint presentation slides 

and notes appear in the script content list.
